Precision. Protection. Performance.

Engineered for Precision, Safety, and Efficiency in Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgery

The ACSIS device combines an adjustable curved design, a soft blunt tip, non-conductive materials, and enhanced visualization to improve access, minimize risk, and optimize performance during complex surgical procedures.

Adjustable Curved Design

Navigate effortlessly around surgical instruments and patient anatomy—even in the most complex cases.

Soft, Blunt Distal Tip

Minimizes the risk of tissue perforation during port introduction or retraction, providing a gentler alternative to rigid metal tips.

Non-Conductive Materials

Prevents arcing from monopolar energy devices by insulating metal shafts—helping avoid patient burns and protecting surrounding anatomy using high-quality materials.

Enhanced Visualization

Improves field clarity and suction control, ultimately reducing surgical time and risk of conversion to open procedures.

APPLICATIONS

Versatile Performance Across Specialties

ACSIS enhances surgical precision and efficiency across colorectal, gynecologic, thoracic, and urologic procedures by navigating complex anatomy, improving visibility, and ensuring unobstructed access to critical dissection planes.

Colorectal and Foregut

ACSIS enhances surgical access by articulating over the sacrum and into the deep pelvis during lower anterior resections, maintaining clear visualization and instrument movement. It also improves access through the diaphragm and hiatus in hiatal hernia repairs, helping to deconflict anatomy and efficiently remove fluids.

Gynecology

In hysterectomies, ACSIS navigates around uterine ligaments and curvature to manage fluids without obstructing instruments or visibility. During sacrocolpopexy, it facilitates dissection at the sacral attachment point by bypassing the sacral prominence, enhancing access to the cul-de-sac.

Myomectomies and Ovarian

ACSIS reaches fibroids, cysts, and dissection planes that block rigid suction devices, enabling safe and thorough fluid removal. Its articulation ensures complete clearance from difficult regions like the cul-de-sac post-procedure.

Thoracic

ACSIS enables access to thoracic dissection planes, including areas around hard lung tissue, tumors, and vascular structures, without limiting visibility or tool access. It supports lobectomies, wedge resections, and node removals by articulating through dense or adhesive anatomy.

Urology

In partial nephrectomies, ACSIS allows targeted suction irrigation around the kidney’s upper or lower lateral borders. It also manages fluid pooling in prostatectomies and around the sacral prominence without blocking the surgeon’s field of view.
